Pam Avery for Brevard County Commissioner, District 1

Common Sense.
Integrity.
No Hidden Agendas.
I'm not running against anyone — I'm running for this community. A lifelong North Brevard resident, ready to be a strong, common-sense voice for District 1.

Lifelong Local.
Natural Connector.
It is hard to find anyone in North Brevard who has not heard of Pam Avery. She never meets a stranger, loves people, and has built her life around relationships, hard work, and community. It is just who she is.
Pam is a lifelong North Brevard resident, wife, mom, and small business owner. She and her husband Steve own a local garage door company built on trust, reliability, and relationships that go back decades.
With more than 30 years of experience in hospitality, operations, events, and small business ownership, Pam understands what it takes to serve people, solve problems, manage moving parts, and get things done.
At her core, Pam is a connector. She brings people together, finds common ground, and believes good things happen when people stop complaining from the sidelines and start working toward solutions.
As founder of the Sherwood Area Community Alliance, Pam helped turn frustration in her own neighborhood into something positive — a community group that gives back, supports local projects, and created the beloved Sherwood Christmas Golf Cart Parade.
Pam leads with common sense, values integrity, and believes every voice matters — not just the loudest ones. Her heart is in North Brevard, and her reason for running is simple: she wants what is best for North Brevard and all of Brevard County. Together is better.

Why I'm Running
"I'm running for County Commissioner because I truly care about this community and how decisions being made affect all of us. North Brevard can sometimes be overlooked — which is why effective leadership matters. Actions speak louder than words. I will work with others, lead with integrity, and treat everyone with respect."
— Pam Avery
